This has to be one of the best diagrams that pulls together all the working parts of a WordPress theme. My hat is off to Joost de Valk for pulling this great illustration together and granting me permission to share it with the visitors to my site. Whether you design or alter WordPress themes, like math and other areas of knowledge, understanding the basics always provides a great foundation.
