Where has the Facebook View App Profile Page Link Gone?!?

Facebook is on the move again.  They definitely keep things very interesting, to put it nicely. Creating a Custom Static FBML Facebook Page

Facebook has a great application, Static FBML, that is available for anyone to use. With it you can create a custom tab on your Facebook Page. FBML is quite similar to HTML and basic designs can be readily created by folks with HTML skills, though, CSS skills are always a good thing.
