Creating a Custom Static FBML Facebook Page
Facebook has a great application, Static FBML, that is available for anyone to use. With it you can create a custom tab on your Facebook Page. FBML is quite similar to HTML and basic designs can be readily created by folks with HTML skills, though, CSS skills are always a good thing. FBJS, Facebook Javascript, also is available for the more adventurous.
