I’ve been building and administering WordPress websites for some time now and finally found a plugin that helps me while I’m performing administrative duties. If you are like me, it can be cumbersome to have to scroll way down in the Admin area of WordPress to check on a setting or access one of the many admin areas.
Well, now you can remove the left admin sidebar and replace it with a set of horizontal drop down menus along the top of the WordPress administration screen! I totally love this WordPress Plugin and will never go back to using the left admin sidebar.
Moving the admin sidebar not only makes access to the various administrative areas much quicker, it also provides additional width to the main screen, something that is helpful when you are editing pages or posts.
So, what WordPress plugin improves the administrative environment with the top menu navigation? It’s called “Ozh’ Admin Drop Down Menu“. I’d highly recommend you give it a go!
